Shawn Hopkins is a servant leader with 35 years of experience building high-performing, energized teams and helping organizations deliver stronger results through culture, capability, and inclusive leadership. As P&G’s Global Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E), he leads the enterprise HS&E program, capability development, and governance across 140+ sites worldwide, setting standards and partnering with teams to design safety into capital projects and day-to-day operations, including innovation and automation.
Shawn began his career as an officer with the U.S. Army Center for Health Promotion & Preventive Medicine, where protecting soldiers, civilian employees, and surrounding communities shaped his people-first approach to risk, readiness, and operational discipline. At P&G, Shawn has led across engineering, manufacturing, plant management, corporate functions, and supply chain, translating strategy into execution and developing leaders at scale. He served previously as Global HS&E Leader for the Fabric & Home Care business, Global Behavior & Culture Leader, and GHS Transition Leader. He brings deep expertise in HSE program management, IH&S, hygiene engineering, environmental compliance, and process/technical safety.
