Jennifer M. McNelly, CAE, has more than 30 years of association, government, regulatory and business experience. She has served as CEO of the American Society of Safety Professionals since 2018. McNelly advances the organization’s mission to help its members and their employers create safe work environments worldwide through the prevention of injuries, illnesses and fatalities.

She is a Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths coach who dedicates her volunteer time to supporting women veterans and youth, igniting their unique passions and strengths to propel their career advancement.
