Workshop Session
How do organizations move beyond lagging indicators to reliably measure and strengthen safety culture? This benchmarking session examines how safety performance can be assessed and advanced using a business relevant and structured maturity model focused on Leadership, People, and Process. We will examine Nike, Inc’s. S.P.O.R.T model, a 5-point Likert scale scoring methodology, the session will demonstrate how to establish a baseline, build targeted roadmaps for improvement, and validate progress through worker perception data. Attendees will leave with an understanding of how to measure safety culture in a consistent, credible way and use maturity insights to drive sustained, business‑integrated safety performance..
