Reimagining Learning in Safety – from training to organizational capability
Learning has always been part of safety. Our daily practice is shaped by training, briefings, campaigns, and incident reviews. Yet work doesn’t change at the same speed. What if the problem is not a lack of training, but outdated learning models disconnected from real work? In a complex and dynamic world, adaptability and sensemaking are core competencies. This session shares insights from SafetyLAB, which has impacted more than 200 industries, inviting a shift in perspective before adding more tools or technology.
