Dr. Megan Tranter is a recognized global voice in Purpose-Driven Leadership. She is among the few women who have held top roles (VP/SVP level) focusing on purpose-driven areas such as health, safety and environment, sustainability and risk management, at Amazon, PepsiCo, Novartis, and Netflix. All while raising three children and traveling the world.
Megan’s mission is to empower purpose-driven leaders who want to do meaningful work and lead with integrity. Megan was awarded the NSC Marion Martin Award for the Most Influential Woman in Safety and is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH).

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of New South Wales, a Master’s in Occupational and Industrial Hygiene from Deakin University, and a Bachelor of Applied Science from Queensland University of Technology.
