Carroll W. Higdon is a distinguished leader in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), bringing over 35 years of progressive experience to his current role as Vice President of Environmental Protection, and Occupational Health & Safety at Siemens USA. Carroll’s career began as an entry-level safety technician, and through dedication and expertise, he has ascended to his current executive position.

With extensive domestic and international experience across diverse industries—including construction, manufacturing, mining, oil and gas, petrochemical, power generation, transmission and distribution, rail, technology, and transportation—Carroll is renowned for his ability to lead and mentor teams and guide executives and organizations to define and achieve their goals.

A professional American Society of Safety Professionals member since 1995, Carroll holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health and is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP). His commitment to excellence and safety has earned him a reputation as a highly effective leader and coach in the EHS community.
