Neil has 40 years of experience in the fields of Health, Safety and Environment / Quality/ Operational Excellence /Compliance and Risk, of which 30+ were in the speciality chemical industry at an international level.
Neil has been a practising Occupational Health and Safety professional for his entire career. Neil is passionate about operational excellence and a strong advocate that significant business value and long-term operational excellence can be achieved through focused and sustained QHSE/ ESG practices.
