Josh Mrozowsky is a performance-oriented leader with expertise in developing new business ideas, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans that produce measurable results for his clients. He has more than 20 years of executive sales leadership experience.

Josh Mrozowsky is a strategy specialist with broad knowledge of emerging safety trends, and experienced in building collaborative teams and transforming complex business challenges into successful client-driven solutions.

During Josh’s tenure at DEKRA, he has helped many operational and safety executives craft approaches that have dramatically reduced TRIR and workers’ compensations and minimized the potential for serious injuries. In addition, Josh has helped his clients institute long-term reliability within their operations, setting the foundation for safety success.

Previously, Josh was the vice president of sustainability services, specializing in benchmarking and verifying best practices in sustainability strategy. He helped organizations bring green products to market and infuse environmentally safe resources into their production streams. Josh also oversaw funnel construction, training design, and sales.

Before joining DEKRA OSR, Josh served as Midwest-region director of a professional services firm based in Chicago, where he worked closely with clients to uncover barriers to top performance and to advance team and organizational functioning. He is highly experienced in executing client deliverables, leveraging key subject-matter experts, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.

Josh is a graduate of Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in supply chain management. He is a certified sales instructor, a SPIN selling-certified behavioral analyst, and a certified coach.

Josh resides in Chicago with his wife. When he is not working, you can find him enjoying the very best of what Chicago has to offer.
