Janelle Bronaugh is a seasoned Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader with deep expertise spanning oilfield and gas services, manufacturing, and the aviation industry. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in health physics from Purdue University, as well as a second master’s degree in environmental and occupational health.
Janelle began her career as a Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) within the Safety Department of an oilfield and gas services company located in Princeton, New Jersey. Over a decade with the organization, she experienced progressive growth, expanding her scope beyond nuclear safety into industrial hygiene, environmental, and occupational safety. During this time, she internally trained and became certified as an Environmental Specialist and Injury Prevention Specialist while maintaining her role as RSO. She concluded her tenure as the HSE Manager for a newly acquired site in Houston, Texas where she led the EHS department.
In January 2017, Janelle transitioned to the aviation industry, joining as a Regional Safety Manager. In 2021, she was promoted to Global EHS Manager, where she now oversees approximately 40 sites across North America, Northern Africa, Europe, and Asia.
Armed with a strong academic foundation and broad professional experience, Janelle is recognized as a collaborative leader with solid business acumen, a passion for developing and deploying global EHS initiatives, and a proven ability to drive compliance with federal, state, and local safety standards while strengthening safety culture worldwide.
