Eric Fox Profile

Eric Fox has been with L’Oreal for 20 years, serving as Plant Manager for L’Oréal’s two largest factories in North America, as well as Chief Purchasing Officer for L’Oreal Americas.

In his current role as North America Operations Director for Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Corporate Facilities, Eric supports a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence in all aspects of L’Oreal Operations.

First and foremost is a foundation of health, wellness and safety at all sites. His two factory teams were the first in the Americas to install an onsite Wellness Center and he has been an ardent supporter of the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents (RoSPA) awards program, with his North Little Rock, Arkansas factory team earning multiple Manufacturing Sector prizes and the prestigious Sir George Earle Trophy.

At L’Oreal, safety is a core value and Eric fosters an independent safety culture where each employee acts with a mindset that “I am my brother’s keeper”. As the teams often state, “When it comes to safety, there is no finish line”.
