Ben Legg Profile

Ben has 30 years’ global experience delivering progressive Sustainability, Safety and Health operations. He has successfully led and facilitated change programs across many industries including healthcare, commercial, heavy infrastructure, and industrial organizations. He has worked and led global entities such as Aecom, Ferrovial, Skanska and Mace with his last role taking him to set up NEOM The Line, a 170km long, 500m high vertical linear city, an unprecedented smart city, unparalleled globally in scale or complexity.

He equally gives his time on a pro bono basis, as a Non-Executive Director for Repple and Navatech, both startup businesses focused on highly innovative technology driven solutions. He is an Awards Ambassador for The Royal Society for The Prevention of Accidents and a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Occupational Safety and Health business leaders group advising on strategy and business planning for the Institute.
