Martin has a passion to make a positive difference for others. As much as his role can be about compliance, it’s more about care. Around the world, he’d like to create environments where people feel safe, cared for and can be themselves.
Martin holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, and an MSc from Portsmouth University. He is a Fellow of the International Institution of Risk and Safety Management, a Chartered Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health. Martin is a Veteran and is a Member of the Institution of Corps of Royal Engineers.
Martin is the Global Director for Employee Health & Safety and Corporate Security for Reckitt, a Health, Nutrition and Hygiene FMCG organisation. Reckitt sits in the top 20 FTSE All-Share Index Ranking with a global workforce of c.43000.
